When will there be an update or it it too much to ask for a fix with the sim issues. Can't view games (past or present) can't view anything to do with game like line ups, goals, the game, all thats there is the stats. Ok so SM went down, thats fine but some explanation as to what is going on and what steps are in place to fix it is not too much to ask. A ridiculous statement like "Don't worry about it" and then not even the courtesy to inform users as to what is going on is just a lack of respect for users time and money they put into the game. |

I've cancelled a Weekend private league fixture because my players stamina levels are shot and I don't know if they'll recover in time...if I didn't worry then I wouldn't bother playing.... | 08/06/2012 20:30 |

I've done offers before so I guess technically I've given the game money, but I'm highly cautious about putting any of my own real money into the game right now, even though I'm at a point right now where I use a good amount of GB's a week. I understand Uplay is a small company but it's absolutely ridiculous to not have more lines of communication open. If they want a full day to really do some fixes, why not send a few messages out in the week leading up to a day they're doing updates and cancel all the games that day/move them to the following Tuesday. I would be more than understanding, they'd have 24 hours free of anything to do their work, and everyone would probably have a proper lineup set for the next league game in case there were issues (like there were). Instead they send a message out 1 day in advance with little warning. I understand dealing with computers, servers, code you can easily have something go wrong, and there isn't much downtime with the game since it is so international, but more open communication would certainly be helpful. I'm sure most people would understand if they needed to shut the game down for 2-3 days so they could implement updates, but they're only going to be understanding if it's actually well communicated. |

First. Not many people were really angry. Thank you for being a mature group. I understand that it was just a server outage, they said no changes were made to the game via Twitter (in response to my tweet), it was a hardware switch. They advised that the server was going down in advance of it actually happening. There was no way to foresee the glitch. @rand was in communication. Chat room was fairly full of people and information. They thought the games were running when they left for the day, and it ended up they didn't. So obviously something went wrong. They began fixing it as soon as they became aware of the issue. Cancelling a weekend game is impossible. Once a game is on, it's on. So you run low effort. Make an agreement with your opponent to run low effort also. He is playing with the same problem you are. Everyone was going to have a stamina problem. BUT they restored entire game to 99 stamina. @ are always online, and they have been very responsive to the posts in the forums. There is almost always someone in chat who knows. As someone who is very critical of these things myself, this really wasn't terrible. There was enough space between games to adjust tactics in most cases, it seems, and they remediated the stamina issue. They shut the game down for a day between seasons and very major updates are put in then, but doing it during the season throws off the whole schedule. Games that were scheduled during the downtime or during the glitch period appear to have no simulation attached to them. and there are display problems today, also. They are currently working on correcting these issues. Hope I covered everything. |

ALSO. Go to their facebook page or twitter feed. They are very responsive through those channels. Their responses don't always make sense, but they do respond. |

That dosnt make sense,it's not everybody that goes or added them on fbuk and twitter,so that is not a reasonable source of contacting us Edited by Expositoto 08-06-2012 21:29 |

I've never seen a twitter comment not answered with a proper answer. Expositoto, I notice you have GB's now, was that a result of me letting the devs know that there was a missing pay site on the mobile app. Wherein @newbie fixed it within 30 minutes? |
