match starter 100% (if in right position)
substitute 75%
reserves 50%
match starter out of position 25%
5% win match
-5% lose match
1% for each level of dressing room upgraded

senior:

 You win a match - 105% motivation + accessory(dressing room) for starters, 80% + same for subs, 50% + same for reserves

Lose/draw - 100% motivation for starters, 75% for subs, 45% for reserves

Player out of position:


Yellow = 25% + dressing room
Red = 25% or 20% I don't remember + dressing rooms
