I like it the way it is now. Think of it like an academy. You choose which area you want to focus on and you provide good (hopefully well trained) players to other squads in the game and you make a profit from it. I'm afraid gents that I can't see the junior training system ever changing. The way it is now, with the "Academy's" has been the same since the game started. The overhaul would have to affect both senior and junior training. It would tip the balance of the game in the direction of the established teams who already have 80 average players throughout their team. It would only slow down teams that are up and coming. You might get the fun of winning your junior league games, but there's no way you'd ever catch the likes of Culea if this were implemented and I for one want to catch him and whoever is behind me, I want them to have a chance to catch me. Otherwise what the hell is the point in playing. |

It's where you fill your team with all defenders(as and example) and just train defenders and nothing else. I do the same with wingers. You can play 2 of each position so I play 2 LW and 2 RW and all my other wingers sit on the bench. I don't care about any other player and hence have a everyone else out of position. |
