Do not come to conclusions from 1 or 2 visits. Chat is what keeping many active managers here rather than the actual game play. If u come in middle of heated debate n cry 'I got a thorn in my foot' not many will care but still u can get help if ask for it 1 or 3 times more. n regarding Grantis n ur stuff .... agreed - although i have joined general on at least 30 occations to date its something that is hard to critisice as its people free will to chat about what they like as for the thorn in my foot scenerio i would like the older managers to still help out that noob who has the thorn in his foot maybe u guys are in a heated debate just acknolwedge thw poor sucker i sometimes pc them when i see them not getting response and B cups  cant say i am not disapointed @G but with some dedication to maccy Ds and burger king im sure u can push to a C/D  |

Just a quick note: if a noob asks a question that is easily answered, answer it calmly first, and then link to the FAQ. If you just say "read the FAQ, noob!" this can be misinterpreted as hostile. This game has a really cluttered and confusing interface and it is not always intuitive even to brilliant people where to find things or how it works. In any case, there's no crisis in chat, it's always civil and @ keep it that way. The real crisis is the lack of the devs ability to address bugs and insistence on adding new features before fixing the existing bugs. I'm pretty sure this is why the game has low activity. The cruft around the edges is easy to run into, and that is more discouraging than any chat room behavior I've seen. |

clean up chat @s rudeness pisses me right off cant u chat ban people from posting stupid links to annoy people also i see people posting illegal links - which sure i use but i also know posting them within this game makes uplay liable - other mmo's i have played this is a banning offense and is clearly stated in rules - not so here shouldnt there be a chat helper out there or something |

Moderators should be there but those guys are so lazy  But you can always make a report with maybe screenshots. They will be punished accordingly. I have seen some pretty disturbing links on chat lately. It seems like you have a bad experience every time you go on chat. Try logging at a different time |
