Don't you think some roles are too much penalized in gaining experience, in example ext or inner midfielders? It happens because they haven't training that really raise significantly leadership, and considering the fact that experience is needed to take fewer cards and to improve skills, to be a good captain or for free kicks, i think it's a great handicap. For ext mid is (almost) impossible have good leadership %: i trained (better to say i wasted a training session..) "running with ball" - the best for LM/RM leadership - and the skill raised only by 0.12% for a player with a prog of 83%!!! Don't you think would be better to have a specific leadership training for those roles (or simply modify the existing training plans, raising the leadership gain), in a similar way to running/sprint (train some players in a certain skill excluding the others and vice versa). What do you think about it? Just to hear some opinions. Edited by elmilo 21-06-2012 01:51 |
