So, I'm working on focusing training on CF's and at the moment i'm trying to get as many decent CF juniors as I can.

I have a few questions about the best way to get the most out of my juniors for training:

Clearly starting players have the best motivation so I've been putting my highest FC guys on the starting spots and then the rest into the bench spots and the worst CF's into the reserves. What kind of lineup's do people use to maximize starting spots?

Another thought I had was to play CF's out of position, would that make them have better % or would it not matter since they are out of position? I know their morale would drop some by being out of position but I figure I can just use the Psych to keep that up. Also, do certain positions have a larger impact (negative impact?) than others, like say a CF playing LF would in theory be better than him playing defense. Any thoughts on this?

Dont put them out of position. Their motivation will fall to 25% 21/06/2012 05:22

Motivation drops to 25% if you play a junior out of position, so you never want to do that, you gain more motivation on the bench. While there are trainings that do work better for CF's than LF/RF's, you're going to maximize your squad by picking up some LF's and RF's. The best lineup you can play is a combination of 3 LF/RF/LW/RW and 2 CF's (with 2 OM's in the midfield) so adding a few of them would be maximize your training.

Since you have so many CF's, you want to take advantage of temporary promotions, especially as the players actually get their averages up high enough to start in league games so you can play them friday and then get the full 3 day temp promotion motivation bump (potential of 4 CF's training about 100% for 3 days)

Ps. You need to have atleast 3 defence, 2-3 mids compulsory.
And you can't have more than 2 same positions in the field.

Thanks for the ideas and yea I've been doing the Temp Promotions and will continue to as much as I can.

I currently was using a LW, RW, CF, CF, OM, OM lineup but hadn't considered adding in another RF or LF which I may try if I can find a good one on the market.
