I have 4 schools (3 excellent and 1 regular). Netherlands, Brazil, Croatia and Portugal. I seem to hardly ever get forwards from my schools, so I'm debating whether I should stop specializing in training junior forwards (I have a 99% youth coach). I have LOADS of defenders though, so maybe I can promote more juniors more often if I trained defenders? Any thoughts, suggestions or advice from anyone out there? |
