yup, this might be the last time. cule's stepped in some doo-doo, hopefully he can extricate himself, but it's looking dire. in other news, a very drawish day in div. 1, resulting in a 3-way tie for 3rd with me on top by goal differential, and cule is just 2 points ahead in 2nd. I'm in a win-or-die situation for sponsor bonus now  . Fortunately, my CF temp promotes tomorrow, so that will likely be a game changer in both games.I tied up the game against gunner on literally the last play of the game, my LIM lobbed a shot from just beyond the penalty box between 2 defenders. On the kick-off, the ref blew the whistle. Talk about a close shave! I was in 6th until that goal, and moved back into 3rd. pizzawd won 2-0, so he's 1 point out of relegation. I am now 13 points out of relegation, so barring a series of horrible disasters, I should stay in div. 1 |
