I thought the admin said, there wont be autobidding again, but i was shocked and surprise to see it existing. Please, how can you over bid someone that has already activated this? And how can i activate this auto bidding also. | 28/06/2012 18:35 |

Autobidding? I assume you mean you're bidding and getting immediately overbid? When you bid on a player, there's bid and there's max bid. The other guy put in a high max bid. The best way to bid is using max bid to place your highest offer on a player, or close to your highest bid. For example if there's a player I want on the market for 2 million, and I want to spend 4 million on him, I'll bid 4 million on him with max bid. it registers as a 2 million dollar bid, but if someone else bids on the player the bid will go up. If someone bids more than 4 million, they'll outbid me. |

No. Here is how it would go: A player is on auction for $0, you put the max bid at $100,000, the auction price is at $0 at the moment -if it ended right now, you'd pay $0. -If someone came in and bid a max bid of $50,000, the auction would then be at $60,000. -If they then came in and put a max bid of $200,000, then you'd be outbid, and you could bid up to $199,000 and you'd be outbid, but the auction price would raise to about $10,000 above your last bid. Basically, your best choice is to always use the max bid box, very rarely do you want to use 'bid'. |

If you are offline, and you get outbid, then your next bid will be your max bid, so for example in the case of "player is on auction for $0, you put the max bid at $100,000, the auction price is at $0 at the moment" if someone came in and bid 50,000 your next bid would not be 60,000 (unless you are online) but your max bid of $100,000. |

@king. Are u very sure of this because from what i've noticed so far. It seems as if those that use the max bid are not always online, because i used to check their last login time and it doesnt look as if they were online because of long time they logged in. | 29/06/2012 01:57 |

John I think you're right. I don't know where I got my idea. The auction I'm in now is going like you and illex said. | 29/06/2012 02:38 |
