yeah in each players profile they have new stat formation rights what are these? all mine on 0% maybe its how well they play your tactic idk |

its relavent once u sell a player icant remember the figures but u get % sell on when player is sold on... and on... |

It starts off as 2% and for every season a player that started on your team stays it adds 2% (up to the age of 20) so then when you sell a player, and then that player is again sold, you get that percentage. It's a rather long term thing, but conceivably you could make some good money if you sell a good player. It reduces 2% every time he's sold, but if you had a player with 12%, and he's sold 6 times for 100 million, you would see 42 million total.
