 Hey guys, I saw a thing called formation rights and was wondering what that was, also how long does this hostile clause protection last? 01/07/2012 17:48

 formation rights : suppose another team buys your player, then with the deal u will also get a fixed % of money. Thiscontinues further when the other team sells your player to other team.

Explaination using math:

Let ur team be x
x owns a player R
suppose a team Y comes and buys ur player (R) for a price say 20m then u will get that price plus a percentage of the deal ( this % is the formation rights).
THen

The team Y sells R TO another team ( Z) for say 100m. then u will still get a % of the money from this transaction 2. But here the percentage will be lesser.
The percentage will decline till it reaches zero.
