Players in the Starting 11 get 105+% motivation (depending in which Div u are in and the accessories u have) Players in Subs get around 84% motivation Players in Reserves get 54% motivation So now if u wana increase motivation of a particular player put him in starting line up or subs. Higher motivation increases the training values as well. |
