uhm too many people got angry because of FREE player which they weren't suppose to be yours at the 1st place Next time you guys should do this : _ Have 3 clocks at corner of your Desktop ( Spain time , SM time , and your real time ) _ Have a better Internet speed _ Have a good mouse _ Pray for Luck |

It's about Internet speed and luck but more of LUCK. If your Internet is faster but I click a few milliseconds earlier, both requests could still reach about same time. | 03/07/2012 14:35 |

My computer clock is set to the world clock and I clicked exactly on the second and I still missed out on all of my choices. If they added a millsecond clock, you'd still have just as much of a chance at missing out on a player. Some other method to make it more fair is still going to be flawed because there are going to be multiple people trying for a player. Plus the devs probably just don't care enough about it to write something in. |

Its like a game. You need tactic and luck to win. The size of the team and players doesnt matter. What I did is, I targeted for two players. And opened two tabs for those two player in my window, and set hire option. And another tab has the Hostile Time Countdown http://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/to?iso=20120703T00&p0=31&msg=Hostile+day%21%21%21. When the clock went zero, I clicked to the send button of my first choice, ........................but I was very unlucky. I very quickly moved to the next tab (my second target)................................... and there I was lucky. I got him, but I am not a BIG MANAGER as such. My tactic and luck worked.
