What is the difference between Stamina and Fit? I want to rest players that are "tired" but I don't know which stat actually covers tired.

Also, how do we re-populate our Youth team? I promoted three players but I can't figure out how to add new players to the Youth team.

1. Stamina is "tired" it goes down every game (up to 20 percent per game), 10 stamina is restored every day, so if you bench a player for a game, he'll gain 20 stamina since the last game he played. However, fitness is linked to it, and fitness is repaired by the physio, roughly 8-12 points a day depending on your physio level. If your players aren't at 99% fitness, they'll lose more stamina. Players never really lose fitness during the season, so once it's at 99%, it'll largely stay there.

2. To repopulate your junior team, you want to go to the junior market (located in the normal market under the junior tab). Or you can start a school which will give you juniors. Depending on the school you can get them as quick as every 3 days, or as slow as every 2 weeks.
