I can see a new feature added this season. when a manager posts on a forum, there is showing some rating .. like rookie,first team player,international,cadet,child's coach etc. want to know on the basis of which attributes it is calculated? |

Just now i have seen my rating changed to Rookie from Child's coach!!  but i don't know how!! |
