I am training junior goalkeepers on the Brazilian server, and I was wondering what the seventh day of training should be...2 saves 2 penalty saves 2 catching high balls 1 _________ I am asking here because I do not speak Portuguese, I do not know anyone who speaks Portuguese, I do not have time to learn Portuguese, and all online translation services suck... I train goalkeepers exclusively, and I usually use "Corner Kicks" as my 7th day training (although it helps so little that I've recently started doing other trainings to get 1 day a week on my other players). | 07/07/2012 22:31 |
