How does the Course and Degree impact a staff's skill? I mean if I order a course or degree for 1 of my staffs, does it increase the rating of the staff? If it is then what should be the better for a staff, Course or Degree? Edited by bublai 09-07-2012 11:02 |

To use 'Degree', requires 100GB and your staff increases in percentage +2. To use 'Course', requires a sum of money and your staff also increase in percentage +1. All your staffs can only increase +10. So it is advisable to train a coach from 89%, so after succesful training, he'll reach 99%  |

Remember that for first, second and third courses you can decide between course and degree, for the last two steps only degree is possible. In my opinion, this is the only useful way for spending GB. Edited by elmilo 09-07-2012 13:02 |
