Hi, I don't know what should I get first, VIP, more general and pros, or a lot more of standings? Along and big construction, or aseveral short one? C.W |

I'd go with another pro, then a vip, then a general, then start building out a couple more standings. At your current size I'd say you're best off with 24K standing, 30K general, 12K pro, and 12K VIP. Do them one at a time, because most of the time you're going to make more profit off the new section than the $250,000 a week it costs to build up sections 1 at a time. You also need to raise your prices as you've sold out every game this season (meaning there were more people willing to buy tickets than seats). You want to have about 500 unsold seats per section. In some cases you want even more empty seats. Currently I have too many seats so to fill my general section, so I'd have to charge $10 per seat, or I can charge $35 and fill just over half of them but make more money. If you have them, use 25 GB on your next league home game to optimize and you should get a good base to judge your prices by. |
