I recently bought two new juniors and called up one from a school. All three came to me with 0% motivation. I have had them in my starting lineup to get their % up but they are still at 0% and because of that haven't trained at all the last three days.

Here are the players I bought:

http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=9267296

Player from Uruguay school:

Any help to get these players motivation up and get them to start training would be great.

Thanks.

Motivation is only gained through league games. Start them tomorrow and they will be at around 100% motivation. Best of luck. 11/07/2012 03:16

Motivation is changed during any game...regular, private, or cup. He brought them to his team on either Friday or Saturday, so they should have at least some motivation depending on how they were lined up. 11/07/2012 03:19

Yea seems like a long time for them to be at 0% even if they were just on my bench their motivation should go up...

shouldn't motivation be at its highest when joining a new team anyway lol.

In theory, yes, but motivation only changes after a game.

Either way, your guys should have had motivation after their first game with your team. Private message an @ for help. Your more likely to get a quick response.

Not true for juniors as there is no junior cup or junior private league games, and his junior game on Monday could have been suspended due to opponent not having 11 players, I havnt looked because im on my phone and cant be bothered

Ah yes, good call...didn't think of that. He tied his Monday youth team game 0-0 against an active manager.

Motivation for juniors only changes during regular league games, and since he gave links to juniors I didn't mention that for seniors it happens at every game.
