No. Only the starting 11 get a 108% motivation (or according to ur accessories). Substituted players remain at ~84% motivation. | 14/07/2012 18:05 |

Substitution won't affect motivation . substitution is tactical . suppose you have given temporary promo to a junior player with not that high avg. sub him at 15 min to get full advantage of his motivation . or u can use subs when u are few goals up and want not to drop stamina of your key players. these are the most effective subs. ![]() |
