Mouse over the balls for your Scout rating and you will get a percentage value, from memory 3.5 balls is around the 65% mark. A course will add an extra 1% so if he was 65%, he will be 66% when his training is complete.

It's not a big improvement. The best way thing to do for staff training is to find an 89% staff member and give them 5 Master Courses. These cost 100GB each but add 2% to a staff's rating. Training them this way turns an 89% staff into a 99% staff, and their wages do not change as a result.

Hence you have a 99% staff member for the price of an 89%. About a 200K saving in wages per week.

Try finding a staff member of any kind with more than 75%. It has become almost impossible in recent months. I've been looking for an improvement on either of my coaches since April, and there is nothing.

Game managers, please introduce some more good staff members please.

May I add? One strategy i found from a previous thread is that you keep on firing staff member until you find the right rating. It will cost money but $50million more than enough to find. Here's how:

1. Fire your staff then go to staff roster available for hire.
2. If staff rating meet your criteria, hire. If not;
3. Hire the cheapest staff rating to save money, then go back step 1 above.

Or failing that, you can wait for someone else to do it. When you go to staff hire screen refresh a couple of times and if you see the list change rapidly it means someone is burning through staff.

Refresh until you find what you're looking for and hire as quickly as you can.
