I have a JR player who would appear to be bugged. I temp promoted him on last Wed and ever since he got back he has been at 100% motivation. I never got the bonus and he doesn't match the motivation of other players (101) that are starting. He is also training very poorly for a player with an 88FC (visable now). I have players with far worse FC/Progression/Motivation in the same position training better. Here is the player in question: http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=9220722 Yesterday SOG was trained. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is there anything I can/need to do to fix it? Thanks. |

You only get the temp promotion bonus if you start him in your game, and it appears that you didn't start him, so therefore he comes back to your team with just 100% motivation. The team you played yesterday has 6 juniors, so your junior motivation didn't change. I don't know why his training was so low, it's entirely possible that the devs have started making players with good FC's but have some attributes that are weak (like this guy could have a horrible shot, but amazing speed, dribble, and ball control). I'd try training him with ball control and in depth passing since those will show the most growth for a LM, if he's still low then there may be something wrong with him. |

Thanks you for the information. Didn't realize the JR team I was playing affected Motivation like that. Makes sense why sometimes the delays in the Motivation adjustment take longer than others. His sprint training was yesterday and it was pathetic too. Today is Ball Control so we will get a good chance to see whats going on. |

His training really looks odd but shot on goal won't make a LM training go to high. Try what illex says. | 17/07/2012 22:06 |

I've noticed this issue when jrs are scheduled to return during or near the game time. They come back showing either 100% or 25% motivation and train at 25% but return to normal sfter the next game. | 17/07/2012 23:50 |

His Ball Control training today was pathetic. This smells like the case as I temp promoted him 2hrs after my match started. I also have not played an actual JR squad since he came back to the JR squad and wont until Friday. So best case scenario is that I loose a week of training? |

Yeah, I think he's training at 21%, even though it says 100% If he did truly train at 21% today and got .069, that would be about .320 if it was 100%, which makes sense for someone at his skill level. If there is an issue with temp promotions it would make sense, as my two temp promotions this past week seemed to train a little low, but not super low. |

I'm going to add to the temp promoted issue...my GK was temp promoted two weeks in a row and the weekend saves training (at 162% both weekends) went from .79 the first weekend to .6 or less the second weekend. It seemed very strange to me to see a drop of that much. I figured that it was related to his forecast line flattening out, but he's still 30 points away from FC, so I wondered it something was up. Yeah, looking at it my keeper gained maybe 1.2 points while being 155% doing saves x2 and catching high balls. He's only like 70 FC and high ish average, but he should still pick up at the least .6 each time he did saves at that motivation. | 18/07/2012 04:49 |
