Can anyone tell me if it matters when you upgrade your school? This becomes pertinent if you are expecting a junior tomorrow in your low quality school, then just before you receive your junior, you upgrade this school to excellent quality. This way you would be paying the higher weekly costs for as little time as possible. My question is would it affect the likelihood of getting a higher progression junior, as the school has been excellent for less time? I know that the countries with bigger populations produce juniors at much faster rates than some of the smaller nations, but it may still be possible to improve cash flow if we know it can be timed correctly, providing there is no adverse effect on the junior. Obviously, this could only be done once per upgrade with each school. |

Well if the student comes before weekly expenses then it wouldn't matter at what time of the week you upgrade as you only pay at weekly expenses Anyway I don't think it affects any player if you upgrade like a day or so before players comes out. I am not sure if it's a same if you do it about a minute before  .But there isn't really a way to test things out as the players progression are random. |

well i dont know if its pure luck or excellent timing: when i upgraded my high netherlands to excellent just 1 day before a player was expected i got a RF with 87% progression, when i upgraded my high brazil to excellent just 1 day before a player was expected i got a RF with 94% progression  just sheer good luck or excellent timing? i dont know but i got 2 very good players. |

no, its absolutely random. after that 87 prog from netherlands i got some players with 60-70 progression. just what happens is the likelyhood of getting good players increases. | 18/07/2012 22:42 |
