http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=6574536 Why don't the players just go on and score instead of passing when they are '4 on 1' (Sometimes '5/6 on 1') against the opponent GK so many times in the match!? 48 offsides in the game and not one shot on target( http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=6574536&accion=datos )!! 9:24 to 9:30 is a good example from about 30 to 40 such chances. It looks like your tactics got beat up by an extreme offside trap, the guys players were just so slow that they would stay back. It's not a bug so much as it's just the way the sim is. You played a 4-5-1, and a mid has a tendency to pass the ball towards to forwards, so the best way to beat something like that is keep your mids back a bit and just have your CF be the one going for goal. |

If you watch the previous match of your opponent you might be able to pick up on his tendencies. That being said, I don't do that and I doubt many have the time to do so either, so what you should do is implement a more moderate tactic using Illex's tip. Keep your mids a bit further back so they can help defensively and let your CF do the scoring. | 21/07/2012 05:05 |

Yeah watching the previous matches could have helped. I will occasionally watch like 1-2 minutes of an opponents match, just to see how they place their defense and what not, but honestly if I was you and saw I was playing a team that was average 20, no way I would have done anything. Honestly I think you just hit the perfect storm of bad luck. Their players were just so bad and that offsides trap was so high up that your guys just couldn't get in the right spots.
