Hi, i was searching for juniors when i saw that some junior players have a yellow 'P' while others had a red 'P' so i have two questions regarding this; 1. what is the difference? 2. how can i see which players in my junior squad are ready to be promoted? |

Yellow means they are ready to be promoted (based on age and average (14/80, 15/70, 16/60, 17/50, 18/40)). Red means they must be promoted (age 19) or they will lose forecast and progression. You'll get a message when one is ready to be promoted and the yellow P will appear. You usually want to avoid the red P's at this point in the season because they should have been promoted weeks ago and have been damaged at this point. Edited by sabrefan62 21-07-2012 20:39 |

Which way is better, promoting before the red P or waiting for the first day of the following season with 19 years to promote with red P (maybe there is no damage for a single day) and this way we could get higher mental average? | 24/07/2012 02:44 |

You should only promote if the player has the yellow "P" or on the day that the red "P" appears. You should not promote before either "P" appears or else the player will be permanently damaged. | 24/07/2012 03:10 |

If you have a 18 year old with yellow p and you want to promote him when he turn 19 then i'll suggest you promote him on the last day of season. As the clause to salary ratio decrease with increase in age.. | 24/07/2012 05:30 |
