All of your CDF players have reached their peak level and are decreasing that is why you have red arrows. The training is for CDFs unfortunately your players have reached the highest level and are now declining. Sucks... Get some new CDFs that have positive training, perhaps, younger players will help. Just remember even younger players could have reached their peak already, this game is a bit twisted in that sense. Best thing to do is watch the player you want for a day or 2 and see if he trains with green arrows then you know it's all good. Goodluck  |
