This is a place for the fans of the Dark Knight..
Place to discuss about the movie, good points, bad ponits (get prepared to be banned if you write bad one), anything and everything abou the movie/series and what you expect in this series.. Definitely not a thread which you wanna see if you still haven't seen the movie..

P.S. May the souls of the 12 dead guys rest in peace.

I liked this movie, although the second one is better for me.

Things I didn't like -

1) The sound editing was done by a retard. Everything was too loud and Bane is at some points impossible to understand.
2) Bane reading Gordon's speech. No point, no reason for anyone to believe it really was his speech, and at this stage of the film I doubt anyone really cares anyway.
3) Why did Cat woman take out the cars blocking the tunnel if they were just going to go over the bridge anyway?
4) There was a train system in Gotham in the first movie, which for some reason has been removed for the next two.

Things I did like -

1) When batman hits Bane in the mouth and knocks out his mask thing a bit. Bane fires up and starts beating up concrete. That was awesome.
2) Death..By Exile
3) Anne Hathaway looks really good on a bike.
4) That bike

Was expecting more really, but still enjoyed it thoroughly

1. I for 1 was able to understand Bane all the time.. English isn't my first language so you see about that
2. Giving you that one.
3. The bus go from that whole to the bridge. The wall was covering the way to the bridge.
4. The train system was destroyed at the end of Batman Begins..

1. You did well man, it may have been the sound was too loud in the cinema I was in, but others said the same thing. The part where they fight in the sewer and then when Batman's in the prison. I got chunks of it, missed a fair bit :S

3. Ah I must have missed the bus going in the tunnel.

4. I knew it was busted up, but didn't know they took it down.

I am looking forward to watching it again though. I liked the second one more when I saw it again, and I loved it the first time

I loved the dialogues. The one like victory defeates you and there is no true suffering without hope were amazing.
Even though I read all about bane before watching the movie, still they were able to surprise me with their creativity.
I also like that the dark knight movie is not about a single super hero or villain. But the good and bad within a person. In last part we saw a hero crumbling beneath his pain for the loss of a loved one and in this they showed us how a great role modle can put a person back on the right track.
As for bane, he is once again a guy the viewers deserves. Batman villains are those who are a match for him not like superman villains who stand no chance against him. Bane is once again a twisted person. The way he stand, he talks show the authority and aggression he commands over others. He talk like a father is making his child understand why a tough decision has to be made and he seema very convincing to me. When he say necessory evil, we are made to believe he is saying the truth. I just wished they showed about the gases the mask injects into bane. But other than it he was awesome..

If I have to compare both the parts then, dark knight wins for better villain but dark knight rises overall.

actually they showed movies in lot of screens with subtitles.. but Bane was understandable none the less...

I really liked the sequence where Bale climbs out of the Pit.. it really gets you on the edge of seat..

I didnt like the way Bane dies.. he deserved a better ending..

plus, the object of each movie is to show that people of Gotham are willing to fight.. it wasnt present that much in this movie.. they were normally very submissive.. like in Dark Knight, they show the spirit when both the boats refuse to blow the other up...

overall, 1st remains my favorite.. 1-2-3 in that very order.. Goes on to show how brilliant the series is!

I liked second better my self.

problems i had with 3rd movie;

1. the time line is askew. when he meets Gordon on the ice and when he meets up with cat girl at end they have '45 minutes' till bomb blows up...and its night time. there rest of the movie its day time
2. The bomb has been decomposing for 5 months..but there is a switch to blow it early ... which is suddenly so relevant 11 minutes before the bomb will naturally blow up ...who cares
3. Why was Bruce Wayne sulking for 8 years... between him and Peter Parker DC Comics needs to get over the 'reluctant hero' theme.... I hope we don't see Superman boo-hooing in some phone booth because he stepped on a bug.
