if you mean the lines in tactics, then it affects where the players move to and tackle/pass/shoot from, a lower front line, for example, will hold your players back more, and shoot from a further distance out im fairly sure this is true anwyays |

This line only affects where the players stand in relation to the default position on advanced formation. Put the defense bar high, and the players will play much higher than their position in the advanced formations you have designed. Put it on the goal line, and they will play much deeper than you expect. |
