 How do you manage to train players so well? To gain the best potential and the highest possible average? Do I need to block train, or continue to train my players in rotation like im doing at the moment. Any tips? Thanks 28/07/2012 11:26

 First thing you should have a good coach and youth coach. Get that first and schedule your training according to the players you have with you. Search for the training table in the forum that will help you find the best training methods for each position. If you have a young player with a high forecast just loan him out to a team that promises the best development. 28/07/2012 12:12

 If you have more than 2 players at a particular position you will need to rotate them to train them all well. 28/07/2012 19:53

 as the guys say block trianing or junior farming is the way

yeah 85% + coaches are key too

so 1st get the junior coach (no point in decent senior till u have players who will improve)

then get the players - see market forum and buy low ave youth with high fc players will have "80 fc" or 82 progession" etc.. btw it is illegal to name them wrong to attract bids

choose one type of player to train : gk / central def / wide players / strikers / central mids
this way u can train every player in your junior squad each day ( and dw about junior games as results count 4 ****

make up a basic youth formation to max your players prefered positions ie my formation is gk, lb,lb cdf,rb,rb,dfm,dfm +2mids +1striker - this allows me to have 7 players in prefered pos and will train wilth max moral

be prepared to spend 500 gbs every few months min as u will need to fc your players to see who is who + gb searches useful for finding high prg players

after few seasons some youth will be ready for senior now u can get nice senior coach too and have pleasure of watching your youngsters win u senior games

 Do not buy players based on their name. Only buy players With visible forecast or known progression from a school.

 i would refer @K to the game rules whereby it is an offense and should be punished with expulsion from game

7) Intentional deceit in trade or misrepresentation of player's progression, forecast or market value is against the rules. This includes, but is not limited to: image manipulation, renaming players, misrepresenting player abilities, or grossly misrepresenting a player’s value. Misleading other players can result in immediate expulsion from the game.

 Yes, I am aware of that rule. Note that it only refers to the *seller* and not the buyer. If you pay $30 million for a 95 forecast RIM who turns out to be 40 forecast, the seller will be fined or expelled. You will not be refunded 1 cent. Just don't buy players based on forecast or progression unless you have some proof of their quality in the form of a visible forecast or the player being in a public school. 29/07/2012 00:52

 yes i realise that we can get stuck with falsely advertised players while the seller will be expelled

i am trying to help this noob to improve his youth set up

yes be careful who u sign players from :

check his punishments page for previous

also imo very unlikely that an experienced manager will trick u (div 4 or higher) as these guys wont want to risk losing their team

u can also see the players history which can give idea of fc + u might see todays training effects +0.200 should be about min u want to look for if same position players in his squad have all been training



and as for being stuck with rubbish player having payed 30m

yes @C is correct - when spending 5m + on player i always want to see the visible forcast

and to be honest all my youth have been signed this way = Private offers via message instigated by me - i either know the seller a bit and have history so dont need to see vis fc or if new manager to me i insist on vis fc

on the other hand i sell most of my youth through auctions and i just label my players fc and prg if i know it and so far no one ever asked me to prove it

hope this help u to get a sqaud of juniors all late 80's and early 90s fc players like mine
