i think its better if u pay the weekly expenses this way you'll probably still have the 20mill and u can spend it on other things like your stadium and good players ![]() |

If you can increase your return through another set of pro seats, I would do that. If you are in danger of relegation, buy a player. Both of those actions (increasing stadium revenue and not relegating) have a much higher rate of return than amortizing. If you have no need of either, then amortize. It's really your call though. I generally amortize when the interest rate is higher than 5% and I can afford to, because the total expense is lower than paying it off over time, but only if there is nothing else I can put the money into with a higher rate of return. |

Thats a hell of a answer!!! Thanks man, you are very good in economy tips heheh. Realy realy good. My team is too good for this division, i think a can pay the amortising (its about 6% to 7%) and spend the rest inproving my stadium.. Whats the best seat?? I have 42000 seats standings and 18000 general, but even don't loosing any match (just one this season in cup) my stadium never gets full. When i low the tickets dont change much, so i just have 27000 per game.. glad if you help.. Thankz again |

You have way too many standing, you need 18/18/18/0 in div 5 to get good revenue. The first pro pays off hugely, do that absolutely first thing right now. You can afford 3 of them, so why not? Go for it! Don't forget accessories have to be built this week if you haven't already done that. |

You can do your next 18k general seats within a couple weeks just from increased ticket revenue if you do 18k pro now. That's only another 5.2 million, if my memory is correct (1.8 mill/set) Upgrade first tier first, it's cheaper |

That i think i can't aford man, let's see to upgrade standings to general is 1.800.000 to 6.000 seats but to upgrade general to pro its 6.000.000. 3 pro = $18,250,000 Do that, then wait until you have an additional $6,000,000 and upgrade 3 standing to general |

I owe you one!!! everyone talks about stadium upgrades as the most consistent source of income, but in the lower divisions, its hard to generate enough return because of the teams you play. ultimately, stadium income will be what sustains you and you will need to periodically invest in your stadium (especially to pay high enough salaries to prevent your players from being hostiled). however, another thing to consider is buying a high fc player, training him all season, and then selling him toward the end of the season. you have an allotment of cash that will actually allow you to invest in a player. think of it as a high yield bond that you cash in at the end of the season. in order to do that you need to have a good youth or senior coach, a young high fc player, and the right training schedule. if you buy a decent player and sell at the right window, you can make a substantial amount of money. you can check out some of my sales including a player i bought for 500K and sold for 62M a season and a half later and one i bought for 3.9M and sold for 120M. i would recommend buying a player high 40s, low 50s train them for 10 points for the rest of the season and then sell when they are around 60. high value players, because they are easy to train fast, are DFM and LF/RF. see what you can do to. i would avoid LW/RW as a young winger with decent avg of around 60 still doesn't cost that much. to get to mid to high 60s when they become of value can take a while. i would also buy a young player (19,20,21) because they hold their value more. lastly, i would use GB search to find a player or check the markets and chat rooms. you can buy cheap players in the market and check their fc then 'keep', 'sell', or 'fire' then repeat. there is a reason why people will spend 40M-60M on a high progression player. it is absolutely worth it. eventually, you should replace every person on your team with a younger, high fc player so that at any point you can 'liquidate' a player into cash if you need to. since players value is always increasing in this game because of inflation, it is the ultimate investment. when starting out, age and fc probably dont matter too much for your 'best players' - those with the highest avg, since you wont sell them so it is also worth buying a high avg older player and consider it an expense/liability (as opposed to an asset if you are really into financial balance sheets). you usually can get a good deal from a senior manager looking for a quick sell to make a purchase to replace that player. |
