anyway, man marking will make ur players run to ur nearest opponent and 'mark' him, which will pull them out of position many times and drains energy as they have run more, and zonal tends to make this happen less number of times. zonal might hurt if u got defenders who are positioned wide as it will leave gap in your defence and man marking will cost u when u hav players defending in lesser number, ie if one player misses tackle the opponent attacker would be free to go n score if the sim allows him to score. I would suggest to experiment and find out urself, advising without seeing formations is not a good thing. |
