I seem to be always offered crap staff....anyone got any suggestions other than wait around for a miracle? ./Ghost |

The only thing I can say is to keep checking each position on a daily basis. The coaches on offer are usually useless, but I fell into an 82% youth coach and high 60s-70s staff in other positions just by checking who was available for hire. There is an option to send staff for courses and degrees (one costs SM currency - 2-3 million or more - and increases your staff member by 1%; the other costs GB and increases by 2%) - the problem being that it's always cheaper to hire new staff, even if it only improves your % by 1. There is a point where you will have to use courses and degrees to improve your staff as the available talent pool will never match your staff, but I haven't reached that point yet with staff in the 70s. |

So there's also the option of hiring and re-hiring until what you want appears on the list - it could be expensive but some people use this method. |

It works, hire and fire the specific staff at low percentage till you get a high percentage of such staff. This won't make you lose so much money. |

Well, you could blow threw a milion easily and i think its kinda of worth it, thats how i got my coaches and then upgraded them from 82 to 88 as of now. | 05/08/2012 04:18 |

Staff roulette it's called. We should all meet someday and play it together. It will be faster to find 90+ staff and it would cost much less....but again it will be all about speed and luck just like hostile day  |
