There are players from all countries out there, you just have to keep looking. Some of the smaller countries are less popular for sure. There is no guarantee however should you find a player from your country, that he'd be any good. There aren't schools in every country, so this option may not be applicable. |

Finding and buying senior Puerto Rico player will be extremely difficult because they are rare but you can start from today and hire free youths and get a full youth squad of Puerto Ricans. Then train them up and in some seasons you can promote them and the process can continue. Use your scout : in "no team" option make it "yes" and "country" option put any country youths you want(in your case Puerto Rico) then let your scout do the rest.
