any manager worth his salt will spot players who have been promoted early and ruined imo it only makes sense to early promo in your 1st season |

no P u should go to the doctor!! no seriously should u promo b4 players gain P u will lower his forecast significantly + he will take a week or so to recover moral from 50% because he will so bewildered in senior squad juniors gain yellow P at 40, 50 and 60 average dependant on age so if u still not understanding just wait until players get P then u can promote Edited by wiveliscombe afc 08-08-2012 18:56 |
