my pack manger was to run out at 7pm ish last night so i bought a new one at 5pm ish never looked at short list today injured player - so i look on short list and its gone back to non pack manager short list in short i am pissed - i had manualy searched all divs to creat my short list and now they gone very pissed what more can i say |

can i get my money back i bought a 6 month pack as i dont want to spend money on this game anymore i see i have not been given pack manager status (change player names should be on but it says cost 1 gb) under uk law a consumer has 1 week i think maybe more to change mind and be entitled to full refund i see in the help section it says no refund for pack manager : "Refund Policy The user has the right to refund a purchase within the next month to the day of the purchase if that is not consumed any golden ball. The Pack Manager can be enjoyed from the first moment of purchase and therefore not reimbursing purchases Pack Manager. Reimbursement automatically imply the loss of acquired in that purchase balls." but as i didnt receive any pack manager this is surely moot Edited by wiveliscombe afc 11-08-2012 17:11 |
