Training the staff will make them better at what they do. a Coach will train players better, a doctor will heal more, a psychologist will improve morale more, scout or tech director will return better search results faster, etc. Usually it is best to get a staff member in the 89-90s range before applying any training to them. Training is limited to only 10% increase for staff, in other words, you can only train a staff member 10% more than what you hired him as. |

It's all about luck. I found 95% doctor randomly like that one day. Checking staff available regularly by clicking "hire" will increase your chances as everyone sees the same list. Also try to use full words and not abbreviating or using SMS language so it is easier to understand you, for us and people from non-english speaking countries |
