Every junior that i promote at 19 has very good average but after some training with the mayor squad they average decreases importantly. Why does this happen and how i fix it? | 14/08/2012 01:46 |

you have to promote a player when they are ready for promotion (when they have a P next to their name). read the FAQ to see what ages correspond to when to promote. if you promote too soon, you decrease their progression and lower their morale and fitness. the two players that you promoted at age 19: http://uk.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D8532436 http://uk.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D8532440 currently have low morale. this is because they are in the reserves (neither starting nor substitutes). use your psychologist repeatedly to improve their morale. this will increase their average once it becomes 100. |

Ur players morale is low. Use ur staff especially Psychologist. Once the Morale reaches 99 their averages will be back to normal. |
