Scout never gives skills. Skills are gain through experience so play the players frequently and you will get those skills. | 14/08/2012 14:14 |

we get the news about gaining skills from scout. thats why i asked.... if we choose 70% or 80% experienced scout..... wil it help me to gain skill for me players?? | 14/08/2012 20:18 |
