 what are the chances of getting a coach rated 90 and above by clicking the hire button?

 It took me over 8 months of constant searching for a 90+ coach. U need to have patience for it umoja. Some people were lucky to get a 90+ coach as soon as they joined SM. 16/08/2012 14:40

 It is extremely hard, but luck also plays a major role. Lucifer said it took him 8 months, I have yet to find mine. 16/08/2012 15:30

 I found a 91 youth coach pretty quickly, but I was stuck on an 84 coach for so long that I finally just decided to start training my 84 so he'd be a 94, knowing that if I ever found a 90+ I'd replace him and start over. I feel like it's going to be a while till I get my 90+ though. 16/08/2012 16:06

 Luckiest guy probably, my brother fired my 89% youth coach but i got a 91% back in three days.
