I failed to join the discussion because it wont have any effect on what is going on,i hate planning but action even the home based will fail us with such type of game we play here....... |

The era elfoksy is talking about is better than what we have now,good management,coach,committed players......though home based,they are good and ready to do it,also some of them have personal skills,headmaster,power shot,dribbler,good keeper and enough team work.....now nothing like that |

I quite agree that all these talking here will not have effect, but the truth be known, for you to progress you got work with you have. What all these home base needed is to fine tune them. (a classical example is 2003 to 2008, when Eguavon handle a team to u17 finland in 2003 where they were knocked out by tossing of coin, the same team went to Netherlands in 2005 as u20, under Siasia, then in Beijing olympics 2008). The home team can do it, all they need is time. |
