 Four points:

1. Your opponent is NOT as weak as his average reckons in the line-up page. He does have a potent attack in combination of LW-CF-OM-RW and also has a tight defense in CDFs and RB.

2. IMO, you are playing a bit defensive with only two players forward OM and RF. These two are not creating much of goal scoring opportunities. You're playing more of mid-field game (high possession % and high pass %). So while your players would be playing classy, you just don't have many players out in front to score goal. So what do you do? Fiddle around with formations (3-4-3, 4-3-3 etc.) to see which one works best.

3. Your top goal scorer is only 16 yrs old, has scored only 10 goals so far and is excluded from the starting line-up

4. Your substitutions are out of place. You've substituted RB and RF for CF and RDF. So unless you've changed the formations; the players aren't playing in their natural positions.

I guess you need to patient with your squad, and try different formations to achieve the result.

You are Welcome mate. Well if you read post before and after me, esp the one above mine, you will see that a lot of good ppl have said things which i would not be able to add more to. What would suggest is watching games of few ppl here with similar formations like yours and see what they are doing different. @blue would be very good starting point.
