Experience points after 8000 allows for certain aspects of SM to become available to you. For example, hostiling a player. Win games, make friends, build stadium and auction players to raise exp points. |

While it enables you to hostile players if you are able to detect a potential player's low release clause, do be careful for yourself as other managers can pay a hostile clause on yours too.
