Here you go:

1. Season ticket holders pay once per season at the price that you set and get a general seating ticket to every home game for the rest of the season at no additional cost.

2. At the beginning of the each season, a certain number of season ticket buyers will buy based on the price that you have set. You'll get a lump sum of money for these purchases. If your price is too high at the beginning of the season, no one will buy at that point.

3. You sell additional season tickets after each game you play. The number sold is again based on the price you have set at the time. You can see how much you earned on a given day in the finances screen.

4. The higher you set your season ticket price, the fewer season ticket holders you'll have, but the more general seating you'll have for each home game.

5. Set your price too low and you'll get too many season tickets holders and lose significant general seating ticket revenue.

6. The rule of thumb is that the price should be at least your general seating price times the number of home games left in your season.

That's about everything thing I can think of.

It did happen, but you needed to have set your price at a low level to start with. They got rid of the set-your-season-ticket-price-to-10000-and-make-sh*tton-of-money problem 30/08/2012 07:53

I'm beginning to get this whole thing, but one more question:

we're meant to set it low at the beginning of the season. I set mine at 300-350 thereabout because i felt my stadiun wasnt up to standard. Am i losing out? Does the quality of a stadium determine how low the price should be?

it's team ranking and your winning / loosing streak determines gate receipts 30/08/2012 12:18

If you have general seating that isn't otherwise filling then yes you are losing money because you are selling something like 30-35 home games fir what comes out to about 10 per game.
