Yeah, it has been removed.

WHAT??????

How was this not communicated to us? That's an absolute joke. And why the heck would that change be made midseason?

Why then do they get extra motivation when they are promoted (130% or so) but then lose it when they go back? In fact they end up at a lower motivation than they would if they hadn't been promoted.

It all makes no sense to me.

The more I think about this, the more it aggravates me. All this does is assure that the newer players will never sniff division one. 31/08/2012 23:18

It's no bug; there is no extra motivation for juniors upon return

I think it's still there.

This guy http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=5163731 has 107% motivation, and he has higher progression than this guy http://uk.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=6907967 yet the second guy (who was just temp promoted) trained at .1 higher than him. That would fall in line with 150 or so motivation.

We (the fiscals and mods) just learned of it today. We are sorry of any inconvenience this has caused, hopefully better communication between devs and everyone else will increase in matters such as this. 01/09/2012 01:17

Just curious, what was the rationale behind the decision?

Also, it still seems to be working...my juniors that returned trained significantly better than the others.

Why am i not surprised?

1) That an unneccessary change was implemented.

2) That was not communicated

3) and that was not correctly implemented

We have no imput into the decisions and therefore are unaware of the reasoning process. If the training is still higher, then good, but we just get informed of changes when someone complains about a bug which sin't one at all.

Apparently they never knew juniors were getting 160% and they said it should have always been at 150% in seniors for 3 days then back to 100% when they come back in juniors. The case is till open.
We will try to clarify the final decision as soon as it is taken.

Interesting...not sure I totally buy it, but interesting nonetheless. Thanks for the update.

I think my biggest issue was that it was going to be done midseason. A change like this should be done at the beginning of a new season so that it affects everyone equally.

That sentence perfectly sums up the developers of this game.

'They Never Knew'....
