Yes...standing seats cost $1 per week, or $6,000 per section per week. Except for 2 sections in my stadium, each one section pays over $10,000 per game, or $20,000 to $30,000 per week. Some pay $30,000 to $40,000 per game. The other two sections pay about $5,000 to $6,000 per game. Standing sections basically pay for themselves over time, IMO. This obviously only works for standing, as general is $10 per seat ($60,000 per section per week), pro is $30 per seat ($180,000 per section per week) and VIP is $70 per seat ($420,000 per section per week), so the maintenance outweighs the billboards. Also, I built my entire second deck at once (8 sections) and used 750 GBs to shorten it to a week. If I had done that in 4 groups of 2 and used 250 GBs per group, I would have used 1,000 GBs. So on top of the standing sections paying for themselves, building them all at once increased the value of my GBs, so it made all the sense in the world. Edited by sabrefan62 04-09-2012 22:16 |

It takes off 1/2 of the time remaining. So, if you are 8 weeks, one 250GB payment reduces 4 weeks. The next 250GB payments reduces 2 weeks. The last 250GB payment reduces 1 week. | 04/09/2012 22:32 |

No problem...now that I think about it, I think I actually skipped the last 250GB payment and built 8 sections in 2 weeks for 500 GBs. I felt the last 250GBs wasn't worth it at that point. | 04/09/2012 22:48 |
