 of course you laughed sir,my pc cut off most of my question. Anyway,I've found an option that I think must raise your employees levels called in my italian version of the game "master" and it costs 100 golden balls. do you mean send them on a course / degree? if so they give a 1% / 2% increase in their rating. 		04/09/2012 15:32

 You get the increase in percentage with no additional salary. Its not really worth doing until you have a coach of 85% or higher because you can only raise it by a max of 10%. 04/09/2012 16:41

yup. it costs alot of gb, but that's how most people get 99% coaches. both mine started at 89% so their salarys are 328k.

I think you can only send a member of staff on 5 courses in total & they can be any combination of 'course' & 'degree'.
