 1) Usually these topics are closed, so don't be surprised if an @ comes along and locks the thread.

2) As much as I don't want to say it, I do agree w/@Dnsvnsk regarding you not buying players. There are warning messages, forum topics, chats etc advising against blind buying from an unknown seller.

3) I disagree that the seller is not being punished now. Provided of course the seller did indeed say 'yes the player in question's prog is 91" or something along those lines. 		05/09/2012 15:36

 While this probably going to be locked...its a bit scary that nothing was done to the seller considering the posts that were in the forums a couple of months ago about how they won't be easy on forecast liars (there's even a sticky in the general forum). The sticky does say that you won't be refunded, though.

I agree with ABC...i usually only buy players with FC/Prog names if they seller makes the forecast visible or i know the seller is one of the well known managers in the game.

 So you think there is a difference when seller give a nick to player "progress 91" and put him on auction with situation when seller in direct contact with you tells you "that player has 91 progress"?! 05/09/2012 15:40

 This is a Bad decision from Dnsv! Let's be factual!
Both celloG,reb and same dnsvnsk was aware when my brother(omo alhaja fc) was involved in same situation. He was heavily fined just because a manager sold and lied to him about a player,which my brother now also sold it back at higher price.
The heavily fined him by ducking 5points which costed him promotion that year,and 10M fine!

Umm, then why are you complaining? You put yourself in the situation. Consider it a hard life (or SM) lesson.

And be a bit real & knowledgeable about transfers - would a 91 forecast player sell for 500k? (Not justifying the seller - again the seller should be punished).
