I recently been paying more attention to the similar transactions tab & I keep seeing these transfer agreement. What are they & are they at all related to multi offers? Also can managers w/ less than 8000 exp points make these trades w/ other managers? | 11/09/2012 19:20 |

Transfer agreements are when someone sends you an offer on a player not on auction and under their hostile clause. Players with under 8000 experience can't make transfer agreements. |
