I am trying to hire a 99% senior coach for a long, loooong time. Clicking on the hire button several times a day and checking is anyone like that available - nope. Any advice? | 13/09/2012 11:37 |

Finding a 99% coach is almost impossible. Others get lower, 89%+, and train to 99%. I also got mine by checking whenever I was online. | 13/09/2012 11:54 |

Thanx for the info. I gave up on the search, just started the training course for my coach (quite expensive, but I hope it's worth the money spent). Do you know how much % does the coach gain with one training (course, not degree)? | 13/09/2012 12:15 |

Is there a limit to how many courses and degrees you can obtain for a staff member? I have an 82% junior coach, and would like to get him up to 99 if possible - but if there is a limit and I can't get him to 99, I won't waste the GBs or SM$ on the training sessions. | 13/09/2012 23:04 |

Yes there is a limit. You cannot train a staff more than 5 times - so the maximum training is +10% (using 500GB); with cash alone, you can train +5%; and you can mix them and work out what training 5 times will give. Considering this, you need a minimum of 89% before training in order to get a 99% staff. | 13/09/2012 23:10 |

getting an 89% coach and training them up is how most people do it. the salary stays the same after training. a 99% coach's salary would cost a fortune. | 13/09/2012 23:13 |

If i find a 99% staff, I won't wait to get an 89%. It's just that after getting 89%, you don't bother searching for better if you have the golden balls to train. | 13/09/2012 23:26 |

When i joined Brazil server in february ... i knew i had to find the 89+ coaches very quick, it was my priority priority. And i also knew its not easy to find them really.. but if i remember correctly it took me less than 12 hours from joining to find them.. (senior 93, junior 90). I just checked every 5 minutes for 6 hours non stop. Haha thats crazy i know LOL .. but the result was i got what i wanted  haha you should try it  |
