I have been trying to chat for the last few weeks, but i can't seem to be able to chat. Don't know why. Somebody help please!  |

Being banned doesn't block you from opening chat. Sometimes you may not join chat because the dot at the bottom of your screen is grey..if it's yellow or green then you should be able to. If you are not then it's a bug. By the way, yellow dot means you can open chat with people but others can't open chat with you.  |
